JEFF BRANTLEY VICE PRESIDENT OF POLITICAL AFFAIRS AND PAC Indiana Chamber of Commerce
Jeff rejoined the Indiana Chamber political affairs team in May 2010 (his previous stint was in the mid to late 1990s). He oversees the political affairs department and runs Indiana Business for Responsive Government (IBRG) - the largest pro-business PAC in Indiana and one of the largest chamber PACs in the United States. He is also responsible for the Indiana Chamber's grassroots advocacy program and the organization's federal PAC.
Jeff has extensive experience in political campaign management, government relations, issue advocacy, trade associations and communications. He previously operated Proponent Consulting, LLC, a public affairs, political action and communications firm. Jeff also served as executive director of the Hoosiers for Economic Growth PAC, one of the state's largest political action programs, and as executive director of School Choice Indiana, a statewide coalition promoting greater educational options.
Other professional highlights include executive director of the Coalition for Positive Progress, field staff for the National Right to Work Committee and founder of the Indiana Right to Work Committee. He is a 1991 graduate of Ball State University and a Bargersville resident.

Chase Downham Manager, Political Affairs Indiana Chamber of Commerce
Chase serves as IBRG's primary field representative in directly managing campaigns of IBRG endorsed candidates for the Indiana General Assembly. He also is tasked with researching all 150 state legislative districts, candidates and demographics.
Prior to joining the Chamber in February of 2007, Chase worked on two congressional campaigns in Colorado. In addition, Chase has worked for Indiana Congressman Mike Pence in both the Congressman's Washington, D.C. office and campaign office.
Chase, a native of Muncie, graduated with "high distinction" from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) earning a BSPA with a concentration in policy analysis. Chase is a graduate of Indiana University's Washington Leadership Program and was SPEA's nominee for the 2006 Herman B. Wells Award.

Kelby Hicks Manager, Political Fundraising Indiana Chamber of Commerce
Kelby joins IBRG as the Manager of Political Fundraising, with the primary responsibility for executing the IBRG's fundraising plan.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Kelby worked for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Cincinnati Christian University, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she planned fundraising events, as well as managed individual fundraising and donor relations. Additionally, Kelby worked for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation as their Events Manager, and was a Press Secretary for the Indiana State Senate.
Kelby is originally from New Palestine. She graduated from Purdue University in 2003 with a Communications/Public Relations degree.
